Simple Submision Job Protocol

I am a net administrator in a financial organization.
I must know the status of many computers in diferent moments.
I want to run jobs in diferent computers starting it at any
time, even if i'm not in the office, but i dont want to carry
a notebook with a celular phone to access my net. I dont need
it.

The celular phone is small enought to be carried always. If
i can do any from it in my net and i can receive status from
some computers, thats all i need.

I am developing this protocol to use first in Windows NT.
I think to develop it in Perl to move it to Unix or Linux with
a few work.

If you want to help me to develop an implementation of it, i
want to work with you.
